Welcome to the inaugural Ryder Poker Cup! This is your chance to play for your country in a friendly international poker competition with pride, glory, and
$10,000 on the line.
But there's much more to this online match play event than just the chance for a major payday. There's the
status and reputation that comes with being part of the elite
US poker squad chosen to take on Team Europe for the Ryder Poker Cup. All winning team members will be enshrined on a special Ryder Poker Cup Web page which will reside on the True Poker or 24hPOKER web
site (winner holds the illustrious title and hosts the Ryder Poker Cup web page).

The 2003 Team U.S.A. will be comprised of 50 top players - with selection based on results from two Ryder Poker Cup U.S.A. Qualifying Tournaments at True Poker. True Poker Qualifying Tournaments are open to 300 players on a first-come first-registered basis.
Entry for the qualifying tournaments is 1500 True Points per tournament. (click here to learn more about True Points)
The top 25 finishers from each qualifying tournament (50 players total) will represent the Team U.S.A. Poker Side and play in the Ryder Poker Cup Tournaments.

The 50 players from Team U.S.A. will square off against the 50 members of Team Europe in two 100 player Ryder Poker Cup Tournaments.

One tournament will be hosted by True Poker and the other tournament will be hosted by 24hPOKER.

Players will play for a total prize pool of $10,000
($5000 in each tournament).
- The Poker squad with the highest total prize money from the team members winnings will be officially declared 2003 Ryder Poker Cup Champions.
